Exchange fees and the service fee

Exchange Trading Fee
Charged by the exchange based on the trade value. The rates are set by the exchange and have nothing to do with the platform.
Platform Service Fee
- Charged only on the profit portion, at 20% of the profit.
- No service fee on losses.
- The service fee is settled from your Credits (it does not touch your trading funds).
- Profits from manual trading are charged the same way.
Since it's only charged when you make money, please keep a balance in your Credits so it doesn't affect the normal settlement of your strategies.
