Keeping your account and your money safe
Updated July 25, 2026
Protecting your account
- Use a strong password and change it regularly; don't reuse the same password across multiple places.
- Be wary of anyone who asks for your password / verification code / seed phrase — official staff will never ask you for these.
- Don't click links from unknown sources, and beware of fake websites and impersonated customer support.
Protecting your funds
- When binding your exchange API, enable trade permission only, not withdraw.
- Your trading funds always stay in your own exchange account — the platform does not custody your assets.
- Regularly check your exchange's login records and API usage records.
Remember: as long as you don't leak your password and don't enable withdraw permission, it's very hard for anyone to touch your money.
