What are Credits?
Execution Credits ("Credits") are TrendX software service points. They are used only to pay TrendX service fees.
- 1 Credit corresponds to 1 US dollar of value for calculating service fees
- Credits are purchased in the app through the App Store or Google Play, or on the TrendX website with Indonesian local payment (IDR)
- Credits are not cryptocurrency and not electronic money. They have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency
- Credits do not expire
Credits are completely separate from your trading funds. Your trading capital stays in your own exchange account at all times — TrendX never holds, receives, or transfers your assets.
Credits are used only to pay service fees on profitable trades. See "How is the service fee calculated?" for details.
