Why your balance shows as unavailable
Updated August 23, 2026
A strategy can only use the available quote currency (such as USDT) in your exchange account. If the balance looks sufficient but the strategy reports insufficient funds, it is usually one of the following.
1. The funds are in another wallet on the exchange
Within the same exchange, funds may sit in different wallets. The strategy reads the wallet used for spot trading; money held elsewhere is not counted.
What to do: use the exchange app's transfer function to move the funds back to the spot wallet. Internal transfers within the same exchange are usually instant and free.
2. The funds are locked in an earn or staking product
Money moved into savings, flexible earn or locked products is not available for trading.
What to do: redeem it on the exchange first. Once it returns to the available balance, the strategy can start.
Transfers and redemptions are done on the exchange side. TrendX never handles your trading funds.
