How to take your money out

Trading funds
The funds used for trading are always in your own exchange account. To take them out, do so directly on that exchange. TrendX never handles or custodies your trading funds and has no transfer-out function of any kind.
When withdrawing on the exchange, check every field against the exchange's own instructions before you submit. The applicable rules and fees are set by the exchange.
Credits
Credits are prepaid units used to pay service fees. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency. See "What are Credits?" for details.
