How the service fee is worked out
Updated September 18, 2026
How is the service fee calculated?
TrendX charges a service fee only when a strategy closes a position at a profit.
Service fee = realized profit of that transaction × 20%
The fee is charged in Credits, where 1 Credit = 1 USD of value.
Example
A strategy sells and realizes a profit of 0.098 USDT. Service fee = 0.098 × 20% = 0.0196 Credits
No fee is charged when a position closes at a loss.
Where to see it
Assets → Credit Details shows every fee, labelled "Strategy service fee", together with the transaction it relates to.
Important: fees are calculated per transaction, not on your overall account performance. Please read "Will I be charged when my account is losing money?"
