Will I be charged while my account is losing money

Will I be charged when my account is losing money?
Yes, this can happen. Please read this carefully.
Service fees are calculated on each profitable closing transaction individually. They are not offset against losses from other transactions, and they are not based on your overall account performance.
This means: you may pay service fees during a period when the total value of your account has decreased.
A worked example
- Transaction 1: closes at a loss of 10 USDT → no fee
- Transaction 2: closes at a profit of 10 USDT → fee of 2 Credits
Your net trading result: 0 USDT Service fees paid: 2 Credits
You have paid 2 Credits even though your trading broke even.
Why this happens more often with AI Strategy 2
AI Strategy 2 buys as price falls and takes small profits as price rises. During a downtrend it will realize many small profitable sells while the positions it still holds carry growing unrealized losses.
In that situation the strategy generates service fees continuously, while your account value is going down.
What you can do
- Monitor both your realized profits and your unrealized position value, not just the strategy's trade count
- Pause or stop a strategy at any time from the strategy detail page
- Set risk parameters that match the funds you have available
- Understand that automated execution does not reduce market risk
If this fee structure is not suitable for you, please do not run strategies.
